12/16/2024:  Mike, hi.   Thank you for this update.  Very appreciative.  Oh, I noticed that Bill Hoiland was not listed among those who have passed away.   He did on May 24, 2013 in Moscow, Idaho.  Age 65.   He had been in failing health for years.  Thank you for all your work as The Keeper of the List!    Tim Chambless
